Initial Encounter Interview

Initial Encounter Interviews are audio or video recordings directed by Containment Command in order to maintain a record of each entity's origins and time of capture. Issued for every captured entity, it is often a recording of one of the entity's first eye witnesses, often being a Nero staff member.
